A slim veneer shell with a characteristic bend that makes it surprisingly strong. On the cantilever base, frame and shell give slightly as you sit, which feels pleasantly springy; on the plywood base, Brink becomes an all-wood chair. Thomas Bentzen refined the veneer for years to get there.

| Oak | Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth in the direction of the grain and dry. Wipe up spills immediately and use coasters under hot or wet items. Oiled oak benefits from re-oiling once or twice a year. |
