After the success of his Gaivota rocking chair, Reno Bonzon set himself the task every furniture designer faces in 1990: a chair that is beautiful, well made and affordable. He built it from bent plywood, which gave him comfortable curves with very little material.
The Gabi consists of only two kinds of parts: the sides and the cross pieces. The cross pieces form seat and back and at the same time hold the frame together. Each side is made of three plywood strips meeting in a triangle, which gives the chair its character. Stackable.
