For this project Peter Lindbergh set 70 years of Dior history against the crowds of Times Square. To make it possible, the fashion house allowed an exceptional number of its most important garments to travel across the Atlantic.
The book was the photographer's final project and documents his collaboration with Dior. Martin Harrison, a historian of art and photography and curator who worked with Lindbergh on numerous projects and exhibitions, is co-author. The hardcover has 504 pages in German, English and French.
